With many years of experience in Pressure Relief Systems Management, Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Service can provide your company with integrated solutions for all phases of your company process safety management (PSM) compliance program needs.
Additional Services Available
Farris Engineering Services can provide many of the services needed to complete the relief valve audit in addition to those listed. Some of these include:
- Complete walk down and update of P&IDs, or truncated to resolve only those issues directly related to the RV study as needed
- Development or update of PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and heat and material balances to accurately reflect current plant operation
- Development of mitigation plans to resolve inadequacies or deficiencies in the overpressure protection system(s)
- System reviews to determine most efficient methods of providing overpressure protection to circuit systems such as hot oil, steam or coolants
For your process safety management (PSM) compliance program:
- Relief device and flare header analysis
- Process hazard analysis (PHA)

For your relief systems:
